Our main motive of this business is to give a high employment opportunities to the women and minimize migration of Nepalese for foreign employment. Most of the workers and staffs are women in our organization. We are also giving jobs to housewives who couldn’t present factory daily but need a job. Mostly women working in our factory have poor family background. Our payment helps them to uplift their financial condition and give a education to their children and Everest Himalayan Handicraft will always stand for them.
We make a new policy from fiscal year 2075/076 ; We decided to give 1 percent donation from net profit .
